Sivil is a SaaS solution that allows organizations to manage compliments and complaints about law enforcement from civilians. Sivil links its civilian-facing product, the Portal, to its organizational case management system, the Dashboard. When receiving a case from the Portal, investigators can manage each case submission in the Dashboard. The Dashboard features unique and powerful tools, allowing investigators to oversee a case submission from beginning to end. Investigators can review case submissions, assign cases, make case updates, and close completed cases.
