Every module has a sort function. In the Data module, users can sort by Report Name, Description, Created Date, Owners Name, and Type.

Click on the column header you want to sort. Results are automatic.

Report Name: Sort by the name of standard or custom reports

Description: Sort by the description of standard or custom reports

Created Date:  Sort by date a report was created

Owners Name: Sort by the user who created the report

Assigned To*: Sort by global or private reports
