Every module has a sort function. In the Data module, users can sort by Report Name, Description, Created Date, Owners Name, and Type.

| Report Name: Sort by the name of standard or custom reports |
| Description: Sort by the description of standard or custom reports |
| Created Date: Sort by date a report was created |
| Owners Name: Sort by the user who created the report |
| Assigned To*: Sort by global or private reports |
