The delete button allows users to delete custom forms from the organization’s list of forms. The standard compliment and complaint forms can NOT be deleted or altered. Please note: this action is permanent.

To delete a form(s)

• Select the form(s) to be deleted by checking the box next to the form you’d like to delete
• Click the Delete button
  

• Confirm deletion (this action is permanent)
