Oversight by Sivil utilizes the user authentication service, Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), that permits the user to use your organization’s Oversight by Sivil account. When a user first attempts to log into the system, they must authenticate their login credentials. To authenticate:
| Navigate to Oversight by Sivil by entering your organization’s custom URL. For example https://losangeles.siviltech.com/login |
| Log in using your email and password |
| A text message is automatically be sent to the user’s registered phone. |
Enter your four-digit authentication number in the dialog box |
Click  to finish MFA |
| Users are automatically redirected to the Dashboard. |
