The Usage module is located in the gear wheel in the upper right corner.  It contains organizational account information. Organizations can view available storage, total remaining users, active users, and pending users.

Quick Display Cards

The Quick Display Cards gives organizations a quick look into essential account data.

1. The Users card shows the total confirmed user accounts created/total user accounts available. See the Users section for more information.
2. The Storage Card shows the amount of space currently being used/space provisioned for the organization’s account. The card also displays the percentage of the total space the organization is currently using. Admin can choose to turn off attachment to save space.  
3. The Total Users card shows the total user accounts created (active and pending). Clicking View All Users will redirect the administrator to the Users module. See the Users section for more information.
4. The Active Users card shows the total number of active users for the organization (users that have verified their accounts). Clicking View All Active Users will redirect the administrator to the Users module>Active users. See the Users section for more information
5. The Pending Users card shows the total number of pending users for the organization (users that have not verified their accounts). Clicking View All Pending Users will redirect the administrator to the Users module>Pending users. See the Users section for more information.
