Data Columns:

Type: Shows type of case (compliment, complaint, inquiry, referral, or other)
Tracking Number: Automatically generated when each case is submitted
Created Date: This shows the date a compliment or complaint was created
Name: If applicable, shows the civilian name
Assigned To*: Shows the investigator assigned to the case
Status*: Displays the current status of the case (received, in progress, or closed)

When a case is assigned and/or the case status is updated. This information is updated automatically in the Portal and visible to civilians who created an account.

Visible updates are dependent on the organization membership plan.
