The Update Case tool allows agencies to update case details, such as a case number, source, reporter, allegations, disposition, and discipline. Each field in this toolbox (excluding case number) populates in real-time, and the updates are visible on the Portal (date reports).

Begin by clicking the Case Update tab
Adding a Comment and Attachments
It may be necessary to add comments and attach required documents to a case. The comment field supports an unlimited amount of characters. Attachments are limited to 4.76mb at a time and support jpeg, png, word documents.
To add a comment:
In the Notes tab:
- Click into the dialog box
- Compose message
- Click
To add an attachment:
In the Attachment tab:
- Click
- Click box or Drag and Drop file(s) into the box
- Click
